As we navigate through these trying times, we invite you to participate in a special series of free group meditation sessions to release fear and restore peace within. Never has it been more urgent to tend to our most precious asset: our mind.
Blake Guss, of New Jersey Meditation, will guide us through a unique meditation practice to actively release the worries of the day, revealing a natural inner state of clarity and calm. This state is effortlessly positive and comfortable.
This meditative tool can used any time, any place, to overcome any burdensome thoughts plaguing the mind and reconnect to hope. You will directly see through this method: as we let go of our expectations, we can flow with nature in a state of ease and grace.
