About the Event

As we navigate through these trying times, we invite you to participate in a special series of free group meditation sessions to release fear and restore peace within. Never has it been more urgent to tend to our hearts and minds.

In this Better Sleep meditation, Elizabeth Cockrell, will guide us through a calming meditation practice to relax the body and actively release the worries of the day, gently inviting a restorative night's sleep.

We encourage you to come ready for bed (i.e. teeth brushed, PJ's on, morning alarm set) so there's nothing else for you to do other than drift off to dream land. :) We'll meet you there!
